Office Coordinator

 
Position Description:
Office Coordinator supports Recapture LLC in managing daily office operations. They are responsible for coordinating administrative duties, handling customer inquiries, order shipping and receiving, and ensuring smooth office operations. They possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
 
About Recapture:
Recapture LLC was founded in 2013 and is now located in Hot Springs, VA. It is essentially two companies combined under one name:
Recapture Image Services offers video to digital conversion, photo restoration, and other photo and video services to customers nationwide.
Recapture Technology Service offers repairs for electronic devices including computers, printers, cellphones, TVs, and more to local residents and businesses.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address problems
  • Assist in-person customers with device service requests and retail sales
  • Accurately enter information into database and manage customer files
  • Perform shipping & receiving of packages, ensuring order accuracy
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and on-site visits
  • Manage office supplies and inventory of retail items
  • Create invoices and process payments
  • Maintain security of sensitive information
  • Regularly post to social media accounts and interact with users
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and customer service etiquette
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer and cellphone technology
  • Familiarity with desktop software such as word processing, spreadsheets, & databases
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
This is a part-time position with competitive pay. Hours are 10-5 Mon-Thu.
